    Training while dieting

Does anyone have a good training routine while dieting? I am interested in how often to train, how many sets per bodypart per week, sets...specifics like that.

    I read this article http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/tra...ss-part-2.html

    What do you guys think?

Train the same. If you find you need to decrease the volume then do so, but don't change anything out of anticipation. Especially not rep ranges or intensity!

There are a lot of variables, depending on how restricted your diet is you would want to decrease the volume/intensity of your training if you are not making progress or feel that you are over-extending yourself.
