    Belt squat "density" training from today

    Took this video today. The belt squat is a very unique device. Its resistance makes every rep hard (once you get to a reasonably challenging weight).

    So, it was sets of 5 reps with 20 seconds rest. I ended up overestimating the load I should use thus compelling us to strip weight as the sets went on.

    My quads and ass burned like crazy, and I have not had such a quad pump in years...
