    Homemade Prowler

    Here's my ghetto Prowler. My training partners (two girls in their young twenties) have been getting tortured by this thing.

    Looks cool. Have you considered linning the bottom with something other than wood to prevent it from deteriorating from constant pushing on concrete/cement/etc?
    My road to powerlifting:
    ===thecityalive is dead meat===
    Current RAW PRs:
    Bench: 250 (9/16/11)
    Dead: 495 (3/19/12)
    Squat: 425 (4/23/12) <------- [NEW PR!]

    Total: 1170 lbs.

    After this pic was taken, I put an extra set of 2 x 6 "skis" on the bottom of it so that the bolts never scrape on the pavement, but that's it. The wood holds up remarkably well (better than you would think), and I have a ton of extra 2 x 6's, so I figure it'll be cheaper long-term to replace wood than anything else.
