    Stiff Deads off 3 inch deficit

    Neutral grip pull down - 3 sets of 10
    Shrugs - 4 sets of 10
    Lunges - 4 sets of 8
    Band sit ups - 5 sets of 10

    Started a new program on 5-28-12 and this will start as my first day of pulls using a new method

    Opposite stance pulls for 2rm (conventional)
    barx10
    135x5
    185x5
    225x5
    275x2
    295x2
    315x2
    335x1...second just wasn't there. PR for conventional

    Regular stance pulls for 5rm (sumo)
    barx10
    135x5
    185x5
    22x3
    275x3...had a sudden sharp shooting pain in hip that I hurt at one time
    275x5...let the pain go away and just finished there. didn't want to aggravate it more

    Wide grip football bar rows

    155x8

    50 pullups
    50 glute bridges
