Thanks guys.
I love this sport.
Looks fine to me with the exception of a few things. You tend to lean a bit forward before you start your first pull. I know not everyone is willing to get flat shoes to deadlift in (Chucks cost $40) but, at least try to spread the floor with your feet and keep the pressure towards your heels.

Get behind the bar more off the start. You are making that 1st pull a lot harder then it needs to be. Also, your foot pressure is all over the place. Ditch the sneakers, and either pull w/o shoes, or in a flat soled shoe
Plenty fast, lower back looks solid. I'll echo what the other guys say, get some flat shoes.
I wear deadlifting shoes, which're basically plymsoles with flat soles, cost me about £10, work fine.

With the way you were bouncing about before you started, I expected a lot worse.
