Hey guys,
After doing HCT-12 for close to 6 months, I've decided I want to change up my workout because my workouts were way too long with the 5-6 sets x6 and cluster sets.
Is the baby got back routine http://www.wannabebig.com/training/t...-back-routine/ good only for building back mass? Or does it do a good job of working out chest and shoulders as well? My pecs don't really stick out as much as they look like they should and my front delts are disproportional (larger) to my upper chest making it look like my shoulders slouch forward.
So my question is would I be better off just doing a 3 day split (chest/tris/shoulders,back/bis,legs) or would it be worth doing the baby got back routine as long as it doesn't neglect the rest of my body?
Thanks in advance
Baby got back is just a clever name for the workout. It's not just for building your back. It will work your whole body.

BGB is one of the best routines i have done for growth. HCT is also great but if you wanna switch id recommended BGB for sure!
both are fine.
I personally would just stick with HCT-12 and just add one more higher rep set after the 6-2-2-2 set.
Does this pose make my camera look big?
