    Unfortunately I never really took photos of myself half naked before i started training so i can't show the difference there They have grown from 19.5 inches to 24 according to my iFitness app. No idea if that is accurate by any means! However I am squatting 160kg for 6 and aiming for 180 for 6 after summer I was struggling on 60 at first would you believe........

    6 months of my own rubbish routines. 6 months 5x5. Over the last year I have cycled BGB and HCT-12, this is for certain where I have acquired a majority of my growth.
