I love this sport.
Unfortunately I never really took photos of myself half naked before i started training so i can't show the difference thereThey have grown from 19.5 inches to 24 according to my iFitness app. No idea if that is accurate by any means! However I am squatting 160kg for 6 and aiming for 180 for 6 after summer
I was struggling on 60 at first would you believe........
