    Guys quite the legend on bb.com. Got fat as fuck for like two years, then cut down and is huge.

    Impressive lifting, but I remember reading that he has alot of issues. Can't pull without straps, cant bench with his butt majorly leaving the bench, cant squat do to knee pain.

    Yea I don't doubt that. Dude was like 330+ for like two years.

    GFH. More proof it can work. Also more proof that muscle growth is slow but so is muscle atrophy and people worry way too much.

    Yea, I agree that it does work to an extent. You have to be a motherfucker in the gym though to make that shit happen though.

    After years of gaining at a pretty slow rate, I finally allowed myself to add some fat and put on about 30 pounds over my "cut weight." I think for relatively new guys who haven't gained a ton of mass yet, a pretty hefty bulk can reap big gains.

    I agree with that. I think most people who first start just need to eat their face off and try to get as strong as possible for the first 6 months- 1 year.

    Hmmm on the deadlift... It is certainly possible, but I have a hard time believing that is 800 lbs.
