    Very motivational. Good shit. There's so much emphasis on the wrong things that it can blur your training. I'm always worried about things like strict form and overtraining and I think sometimes that I forget the most important thing about this whole game, pushing yourself as hard as you possibly can.

    Not bad, but man, he coulda condensed that all into about thirty seconds. Bottom line: Try harder, stop worrying about the little shit, think big, stop making excuses. There ya go.

    I think the part that hits home for me is the stories he gives about people making excuses that they are too old, shoulda started younger, can't eat enough, don't have the right program, etc. None of this is new, but he has a great delivery style that I thought made it interesting to listen to.
