I am 5'11 and weigh 198 morning weight. Roughly 9-10% bf trying to get down to about 6%. I have a set diet for about 8-12 weeks and am wondering if it looks ok. It is set up as intermittent fasting with 16 hours fasting excluding pre and post workout no carb only protein shake and BCAA's. Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance. I want pics of 5'11" @ 198 at 9-10% because that's fucking huge and you really shouldn't need help with your diet if that's a legit reading.
this was the last picture i took id say 7 months ago when i started bulking up..body fat here is also roughly 10% weighed in 193...i know how to lean out i have done it before but want peoples opinions and learn a little more...trying to retain the most mass possible.
