Have a deadlift meet 3 weeks out. Pulled 560 standing on 45s yesterday. Strength feels good off floor. Lockout could be better. Any ideas or game plan the next 2 workouts. Might just do speed pulls or rack pulls.
I would do speed work next week then deload the last week. Deadlifts need lots of recovery before a meet.

I agree with Scott, you are not going to build any strength in the next two weeks and training heavy would be counterproductive with regard to peaking for the meet. I would do technique/speed work next week and then rest the week prior to the meet.
Agreed! I don't do any pulls after 2 weeks out!
