Thought this was a decent little vid. I'm sure many of you have seen it.
I've always been one to take into consideration what both science and anecdotal experience have found works best, but I think the anecdotal "research" is much more valuable when it comes to bodybuilding.
Good points...but I would never tell a novice to do exactly what the pros are doing.

Good point. I also wonder how much they are not telling you. Especially in pro body building. You read what a pro says his cycle is but it's a 4th of what mid level NPC guys that. So something is fishy.

I don't know about that. Many people can do what some professional tells them...and not get anywhere near the same results.
And what works best for Joe Average may not work as well for John Average.
Not to dismiss anecdotal "research" of course but I think it should be taken with a few grains of salt. And the more atypical the person giving the anecdotal "research" the more "salt" it should be taken with.
That said I agree with the basic message if you have certain goals you have to be willing to put in the hard work to get there instead of obsessing about all the "trendy" or little things.
