I've always struggled with bench. I have decent form but I'm tall with long arms and so I don't have the best mechanical leverage.
I'm 27, have been lifting for about 2 years. I weight 215ish at around 18%bf and am 6'1". I'm currently on Layne Norton's bulking routine and today benched 225 for three sets. 8-6-5.
I really want to be able to knock out 3 sets of 10 at 225. How would you guys design a routine to achieve that goal?
Try this program I created. It will increase your max very significantly and that will translate to more reps with 225 lbs.

I can't add much more useful than Chris's program. I've been wanting to try it for about a year and a half, but random rotator cuff issues have prevented me from doing it. But I do think I'm good to go for it now, after a lot of patient waiting and healing.
The one thing I'll say is don't forget that triceps are a pretty big factor in benching. Once I got the triceps in order that helped my bench. And I'm built like you describe above.
Debt Ceiling? Let's say, you come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup in your neighborhood.
And your home has sewage all the way up to your ceilings.
What do you think you should do? Raise the ceilings, or pump out the shit?
Your choice came and went in November 2012.
