    You're right I forgot he does sometimes. I've seen a lot of his training videos with free squatting also, so I know it's not all the time.
    Best competition lifts:
    650lbs. raw squat
    430lbs. raw bench
    580lbs. raw deadlift
    1650lbs. raw total

    I you weren't trying to argue you wouldn't have posted that.

    I'm pretty sure 1000 is bigger than 993. I was a History guy, but that's basic math. As far as bodyweight - who gives a fuck. Big Rob lifted more and that's all that matters.

    I never liked box squats. I prefer pause squats, always feel like they give me a lot of power.
