    hey everyone!

hey everyone, my name is Gary. Im from Limerick, Ireland. Im new to this and i will be looking for a lot of advice in the near future.
Im 22 and im trying to bulk up and increase muscle size. Im not new to lifting weights as im a big sports-person for a long time. I am just changing my way of 'working out' to strength training.
Just looking for tips really on what i should be eating and if there is any programs out there online that i could follow.
I'm 5"10 and 163 lbs. I need to put up a lot more weight.
Anyway, hope to hear some ideas soon.

    Okay, I'll take my turn.

Gary, here it is in a nutshell.

Eat. Eat. Eat and Eat some more. Constantly. You need extra calories and protein (1gm/lb of bodyweight) to grow. Period.

Lift Heavy and Hard. Don't be a pussy. Stay with it. Look at "Starting Strength" program and Lift some Heavy Ass Weights!

Rest. Get your Rest. Partying and drinking every week will NOThelp you reach your goals. Decide how bad you want what you want and accept there will be things you will need to give up to reach what you want.

Most of all, be persistent. Rome wasn't built in a day.

    Good Luck!
