nice! that really flew up.
the main thing I see is your hips are way high. some people do it that way forever and have no problems, but i think most would instruct you to be hips down/chest up.
1) lose the straps
2) don't lean forward so much
3) you basically did a romanian deadlift. I know people like high hips, but that was absurd.
4) are you conventional pulling or sumo pulling? I can't tell.
5) get the slack out of the bar before you pull
(keep in mind, wbb, that this is the same guy who made a video just to flex his biceps...)
good strength, but fix some stuff and you will be better.

First decide how you want to deadlift. Seems you are already strong by accident, so once you start doing things right it will really get good.

Another consideration would be to lose the shoes. It looks to me like you have some hightop basketball shoes on. Try taking them off and lifting barefoot (with socks if you want) and focus on pushing through the floor with your heels. It it more natural.
