    Improvised row with the glute/ham apparatus.

    I wanted to find something to hit my mid/upper back without loading my lower back so I thought of these.

    same, we don't have a ghr. would definitely try these if we did.

    Looks good. I've tried exercises like that in the past using a regular adjustable bench but they generally limit ROM too much. Using the GHR looks like a great idea.
