    Getting Low

Lately I've been having a problem getting depth! When i get down in the hole i feel like i'm ass to grass then i watch my video i'm either just parallel or a lil above. I know these arent the greatest video's but can you guys give me a few pointers or mental tricks to help me get lower? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdm0KUG06CM&feature=plcp

Use an up call from an honest training partner. That's a good way to start. I'll bet that will solve your issue. If not find a better training partner.

Then don't miss lol. If you are still worried about doing a full squat then lighten the weight and focus on execution. Once you have that working then focus on piling the weight on.

Make sure you are doing plenty of stretching and mobility work as well.

Practice a lot. Stretch your hips, hip flexors, glutes, hams and quads a lot. And I honestly think an up call is more helpful if your descending slowly in a suit, but if your raw you are likely gonna bounce out of the bottom and descend much faster so an up call wouldnt work as well.

I would try working on some hip mobility and stretches like Travis mentioned. If your raw, there is no need to miss a squat because of depth.
