    daily calorie deficit when cutting?

Quick question. I am currently cutting right now and after using a couple online calorie calculators my daily number of calories burned seems to be around 2700. I am not sure about the accuracy of these calculators but I guess I will use this number for now. (btw if anyone has a link to a good/accurate calculator id love to know about it.)

Anyway since I want to cut, what is a good daily calorie deficit?

I'd go with 10% of whatever you are currently consuming.
