    I am just starting over. I had a great Web site. It's gone and I've been out of the gym 2 years And I be so I need help.

    Where do you currently train? I used to live in NJ and may be able to recommend some gyms if you are looking for a place that would be in line with your goals (bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc.).
