    MAXED OUT

    well I maxed out today and was pretty happy with numbers so obviously I have to toot my own horn and post about it

    BENCH = 260lbs
    PRESS = 190lbs
    SQUAT = 390lbs
    DEADS = 500lbs

    I've always been pretty bad at bench and this new max shows that. Very happy with the other numbers though.

    195lbs at about 12% BF

    That bench isn't bad relative to your overall strength. Good job! Did you test all of those maxes in one day?

    Thanks all! Yea, my deads have always been my strong point; it was a hard pull, but not epic...I feel like I could have got a little more up. I was WAY to drained after 500 to try 510 or so tho.

    And yes, I did all four maxes in one session.

    Good work! When you say press I assume you're referring to overhead??
