    training while working third shift

    i recently got a new job that has me working the dreaded night shift. there really isnt an exact start or end time but i generally get started around 9 PM. getting off is a little more varied. if i have an easy route i can be done as early as 3 AM or if i have a difficult night i could be out there as late as 6 or 7 AM. most of the time im off around 4 AM.

    unfortunately this has negatively impacted my training (mostly the meal scheduling part). just wondering if any of the people here work similar hours to mine and how do they plan their training/meals.

    any suggestions on when to hit the gym and when my biggest meals of the day should be? thanks.

    Been threw this about a year ago. My advice would be to lift after work and sleep right before. It sucks sleeping the day away, better off going to bed around 2 p.m
