hey guys i'm baaaaack. I need help trying to figure out the best exercises to maximize fat loss and minimize muscle loss. Currently weigh 256 im 5'6 and a half and hell yes that half matters, anyway i have quite a bit of muscle under my bulk but would like to trim my gut and obluques especially and develop a very strong trunk to support. I am currently experiencing pain sometimes worse than others i think due to a weak trunk and i now for sure do to a lower back injury also. Don't be afraid to be blunt and put me to work my fat butt can take it. Maybe something to help me on progression diet. Thanx![]()
