No, not "how much do you bench"... how much do you EAT? What kind of calories and macros are you taking in these days and why (cut, bulk, maintain)? Would love to see a simple diet breakdown of some WBB regulars and any other comers.
I don't know calorie intake, but today I ate....
blueberry muffin
2 eggs
3 pieces of toast
half a roast beef sub w/ fries
cheese stick
2 hardboiled eggs
2 hot dogs
currently making -
2 pieces of tilapia
1-1/2 cups of broccoli
1/2 cup (uncooked) brown rice
8-10 strawberries
I dunno, 2200 calories?

1 scoop nitrean+
1 cup almond milk
1 vanilla biscotti from starbucks
1 pure protein bar
1 scoop nitrean+
2 scoops results
1 cup almond milk
2 Cow tales
3 eggs
1 large flour tortilla
2 scoops peanut butter
A big ass handful of pita chips
16 ounce gatorade during my ride
3-4 ounces provolone cheese
1 Rochefort 10 beer
750ml Black Flag imperial stout
1.25 pounds flounder
1 cup (dry) parboiled rice
2 slices of bacon
1/2 cup icecream
2 oreos

I generally try to take in about 50% of what I know I'm going to burn the next day if I'm scheduled for a 2+ hour workout. Typically this comes in the form of donuts.
Though extra beer is always an option.
And I do take in extra on the ride- gels, shot blox, promax bars, extra Results, MORE cow tales (http://www.candyfavorites.com/cow-ta...FQcFnQod-GZ6Vg)
It's pretty intuitive- if I'm hungry, I eat more. If I feel like I'm not recovered, I eat more. If I look like the michelin man, I eat less.

After workout,

Throughout the day,
4-5 cups of milk
some chicken nuggets
maybe some fruit
After work, which is late at night,
dinner (lots of beef and pasta/rice)

3000-3400 calories, maintenance.

Meal 1: 750ml whole milk
Meal 2: 750ml whole milk
Meal 3: Medium sized t-bone steak, a tomato, some cucumber, beetroot and cottage cheese
Meal 4: 1 litre V8 juice
Meal 5: 750ml whole milk
Meal 6: 750ml whole milk
Meal 7: 750ml whole milk
Meal 8: Baked chicken (breast and leg only) and vegetables (potato, carrot, sweet potato, zucchini).
Meal 9: Glass of milk and fish oil caps.
Bulking.
Not sure on total calories. ~4800 if I had to guess.

I am shedding some fat right now.
6:30 AM- 3 egg whites/1 whole egg, 1 slice of whole wheat toast and 1 slice of ham.
9:30 am- 1 scoop of protein powder and 1/2 cup of wheat bran blended together (horrible mind you).
12:30- Chicken breast/red potatoes/broccoli
3:30 - The same
6:30 - The same
Actually that has been my diet all week. Usually I have more variety but my girlfriend was sick last weekend.
2 cans of tuna
Cup of Greek yogurt
Cup or so of brown rice
1 scoop of whey
That is breakfast and lunch. Cutting is great.
Will probably have some salmon and a dark vanilla porter(or two) for dinner.

Don't know the macros or total calories but I do know I have basically been eating the exact same thing everyday for the last 3 weeks and I'm losing fat and getting stronger.

How come you guys don't have much fruits or veggies? Do you think they're not that important?
Big fan of vegetables and fruits, especially carrots and broccoli. I just never bring them for lunch, so I try to stack up on them at dinner.
