    First heavy bench post surgery

    Went with 200lb chain and doubled mini's. Felt strong but unstable. Sure as hell slowed me down though!!

    Whoever said "Good things come to those who wait" couldn't have amounted to much. If you want it get off your lazy ass and get it!!

    I had a growth on my bladder and had it removed. They had to make 5 x 1" incisions around my belly button and cut a piece of my bladder out. Benching is really the easiest of the 3 lifts as far as recovery is concerned. Just uncomfortable when arching, or when I have to pee mid workout. Lol
