    1275 pound gym total vid.

Training has been rolling along like crazy since the beginning of the year. In the beginning of December 2011 I totaled 1165 (440, 280, 445). 4 weeks later I totalled the same in the gym with 435, 275 and 455. This video was yesterday with 1275, 475, 320 and 480. While my deadlift hasn't made great progress (finally busted through a plataue) my squat and bench have steadily been improving. My bodyweight is also down about 15 pounds from the beginning of the year, weighing about 200-203 now.

I set what I thought was a very ambitious goal of a 500 pound competition squat at the end of the year and I realize I will be getting this at the powerstation Pro-Am in August.
