    Opticen vs Nitrean+

Does the Leucine in Nitrean+ make it a better choice than Opticen for post workout?

They're both quality sources of protein. If you're not eating anything else post workout go with the opticen over the nitrean+.

    Behemoth,

I usually drink a shake (Nitrean+ and Results) PWO, and then eat around an hour later. I just thought I'd give the Opticen a try, but wanted to make sure I was gettting the most bang for my buck.

I would use Opticen for PWO, it was formulated with that specific purpose in mind.
