    SLDL and placing weights under your feet

    To emphasize hams, do you put weights under your heels or under your toes?

    You could put a weight under your toes, and I would also keep your feet parallel rather than angled outward.

    Another good way to increase the effectiveness of SLDL is to do them standing on a platform to increase ROM.

    I just use 35lb plates on the bar. They work for me.
