    People bragging about quarter squats are awesome.



    I normally don't pay attention but this guy went on the Diablo 3 forums to brag about his squat thinking that no one on there lifts weights. Pretty hilarious.

    The video is public, so feel free to add comments.

    "its not a max guy, its 2nd set, of 8 reps. jeez do i have to teach you betas everything? you lift with repetitions to break the muscle tissue down, you don't max, max is dumb. yes even alpha needs training partner for !@#$ like that, it would be a shame to snap every ligament in my knees because i was being a badass with no spot."
