I am Ironman 12 and am new to your forums. Let me tell you about myself so that my postings will fit who I am
I use to lift as a youth but stopped for many years. I am now 62 and want to start all over again. aai have consulted with my doctor and he feels I am certainly in good physical shape and lifting would prove beneficial foe me. I am 6'5" tall and weigh about 185...I am an ectomorph I guess.
I want to gain weight..mass and definition. I want people to know I lift.
I have a posting under training workout routines section and 1 under supplements. I would appreciate it if you "in the know" guys could lend me some assistance. I would really appreciate it. I currently have an incline/decline bench...barbell and dumbbells
and I can't wait to get started.
Please look at my posts and make whatever suggestions you think are necessary.
