I have read about all of the products and think they would all benefit me in one way or another, I am however in need of advice. I want to maintain my current weight even though I could lose some fat. I'm looking for something to assist with energy levels during my workouts and something to help fuel my body afterwards. I was wondering if a pre-workout supplement would be better than say a testosterone booster for energy? And since my diet completely sucks, would protein supplements add too much weight?
thanks for any help

For energy Axcel is your best - AXCEL
It'd be much better than a test booster. Those things are junk
As far as a protein supplement, no its not going to add too many calories but you really should clean up your diet. There is no excuse for having a crappy diet.
