High squats jumping go call but not bad only have one back spotter so like I said I hesitated to really bury them but I am glad I handled some weight.

Ace 56 3board 1x1 485, 2board 1x1 550, 2x0 600 was very happy even though I missed I smoked the first one but had a bad grip and wrist was bent so I dumped towards my face at the very top of the lift second one I dumped towards the stomach. I like my new stance so thats good. Also my forearms are so inflammed from the squat session Saturday.
