56 Ace 2x1 625,685, 2x0 745 first day in tighter briefs couldn't get to the bar efficiently almost causing me to black out...realized my belt was too tight, briefs in the quads restricted my movement getting down and my hips are dog shit if I am too wide.
Was so fucking pissed I went and abused myself off the floor I think my sets went like this it happened so fast didn't take much rest
Sumo Floor 4x1 695 still wasn't getting to the bar had to take multiple breathes and sat in the hole too long.
Sumo 4x1 605 by my last two sets I finally figured out how to get to the bar quick and efficient. Had to grab the center of the bar (like I seen Brian Carrol do in his videos) just to get to the bar, set my grip and produce tension. So that worked for me in tighter shit. I am still pissed.....But I know I got it now.
