What do you lifts, experience, diet, ect. look like?
Weakest person on the forum, and my bench is higher than my squat.
Bench: 335
Squat: 435
Dead: 500
Currently 6 ft, 220 lb.

I think he is talking about the add 30 pounds to your bench in 30 days routine. If that is the case, there is a huge thread about that, just do a bit of digging.

i eat alot and try and eat stuff with protein in it
Dark,
Did you read the entire article? It answers your questions including the one about the supplements.
The program works for 99% of its users, and frankly, I think the 1% are simply not doing it correctly.
A major issue is that so many want to add or remove things. Just do the program EXACTLY as outlined for 30 days. 30 days is not a long commitment. You will not get small in 30 days etc. If you cannot afford the supplements then skip them.
so i willnt loose any of my size that i gained. that was my only worry but if you say i willnt i geuse ill believe seeing that you have alot more experience then i have. but will my arms suffer from almost no work
sorry for the stupid questions
also only have been lifting for 1 year in september

That will be fine.
Chris,
I have done the program twice. The first time I tweaked it with alot more volume, and a few other things. I gained a little (5-10 pounds) out of it. Then lost this progress after the program. The second time I re read the article and followed it exactly (even fought the urge to go in on the off days). The second time I gained nothing, and even stalled toward the end. I refuse to believe I am in your mentioned 1%...........so what do you think my missing link is?

hey chris a few more questions,
i weigh 200 pounds so 25 calired per body weight would be close to 4000 calories im not looking to gain any more fat will it still work if i dont do the calories or do i have to?
right now i can get 175/180ish for5 reps will this also up it to about 195/200x5?
my max is around 200.
after the program i can go back to my routine im on now?
