I'm about 250 right now, and my overall goal is to cut down to about 190. My body conditioning coach said 2500-2800 calories was a good caloric mark, but what specifically, should I be eating. Just go with the regular lean meat and veggies, and stray away from carbs? I thought about eating mostly lean meat and veggies, but upping my carbs some, because I run everyday, and I figured a little added carbs could help out. That sound right?
i lost almost 10kg within 10 months. i didnt eat any thing big for all those days. just drink water and some simple food

Ignore those spam bots up there... Since your weight loss goal is so big at the moment (which is fine) I wouldn't be too concerned with what you're eating, macros like carbs and what not. Just eat clean, stay away from fast foods and processed foods and stick to your caloric intake. If you're noticing no weight loss, continue pushing cardio as well as steadily drop intake and gauge progress.

I don't want to sound like captain obvious but if you drink a lot of pop and don't drink much water, then you are really hurting yourself. Normally when people do this they start shedding weight like crazy. I wasn't even trying to lose weight when I stopped drinking pop and lost 20 lbs in a couple months. The stuffs the devil.

I think the bigger question is how much money are you wasting on a body conditioning coach (what is that?) who cant answer this question for you.
