bench, squat and row are almost the same???

been doing the 5x5 program for a bit now and have noticed that my bench, squat and barbell row are very much the same in terms of weight.

my squat recently went ahead of bench by some kilos but only cause i'm used to it now and am starting to push a bit more.

    values for last set:
    bench: 100kg
    squat: 115kg
    row: 90kg

is it supposed to be like that?

    thanks!

Bench and Rows utilize opposing muscle groups and so those lifts being similar would be a sign of balance and would not be a negative. You should be able to squat more than you can bench, but if someone prioritizes the bench press then it is not uncommon to see individuals with similar numbers in both lifts.

I would work to increase your squat if you want to have a balanced physique in terms of overall size and performance.

Not uncommon for a beginner. Stick with it and make sure that your squat gets at least as much attention as your bench and row and you will see it surge ahead.
