So i may need to drop milk. Even lactose free milk bloats me And regular gives me bad gas and pain. Im cutting so what should i replace milk with? If i cut milk out of diet ill only be at 1530cals! Im 152lbs btw.
Also will i be screwed as far as calcium goes? Should i take calcium pills? I heard that kills u?
I don't drink milk, I'm lactose intolerant too. Milk isn't the end all food.

As to the milk intolerance, have you tried yogurt? I have the same problem when I drink milk, but yogurt doesn't seem to trigger the same discomfort.....
Does this pose make my camera look big?

Have you tried 2% or 1% milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, ect?
and I hope you meant you are 252 an going to cut. 152 and cut don't go together
