    Calculator?

    Hi
    I am looking for some help, how do you work out how much protein & carbs you need to have?

    First you need to know your maintenance calories. Do you know that?

    Other stats like height, weight, goals etc wouldn't hurt either.

    It's dependant on your goals. Are you looking to gain or lose weight?

    Macronutrients Calculator should help you get a rough idea of what you need to consume.

    It is all an estimations! but it gives you a hint of what you should and shouldn't do..
    If I were you, I will use the link Beef posted, it will do the work for you..
