    Bench accessory

Hey everyone,I'm off collage for the summer and just borrowed one of the cheap weight sets with a bench from a mate. Because the biggest plate is 5kg i cant fit what I need to bench properly and its unstable and so on.
Can anyone recommend some exercises that i could do so when i come back im note back to zero? I've enough for my upper back and triceps also will try to do dips between 2 chairs or something.Any other thoughts? Thanks

Well, you could try body weight resistance exercises:

    Elevated push ups ~~~~

    Weighted push ups ~~~~

Not sure what the name of this one is, but put one hand a football (or in an otherwise 'raised position), and the other hand on the floor and do pushups (so one hand is higher than the other through the entire range of motion).
Does this pose make my camera look big?
