    You definitely went through a dramatic change! Where you go from here is up to you. With your present size, if you put the time in, you could look night-and-day from your old pictures! And like some have said already: There is always time to take care of yourself and get in 4-5 sessions per week. It's just a matter of priorities. Congrats on starting the change-process!
