    Masters Nationals

    Masters Nationals are today. Two of my favorites guys to read, Shelby Starnes and John Meadows, are competing. Not much of a surprise, but both brought awesome conditioning and are in contention for their classes (35+ lightheavy and 40+ heavy).

    Shelby comparisons (why is the guy next to him at a national level show...). This side tricep of Shelby's is one of my favorite poses any competitor does.

    John Meadows. Crazy condition, big amounts of mass packed on his frame. One of the best ham drops I can remember. Palumbo thinks he is in 2nd or 3rd. To me he is bigger and better conditioned than anyone on that stage. The density he has compared to everyone on the side chest is huge.

    Shelby won his pro card! Well deserved to a great person and great bodybuilder.

    Meadows was screwed imo and took 2nd.

    Here is the class winner and John Meadows. I guess you can be a pro without hamstrings. I'm still shocked by this judging. I thought John blew the other guy away.

    Yes, Meadows blew everyone on that stage away. Just another example of bodybuilding judges being biased for some reason. Maybe Meadows has pissed them off in the past? He killed everyone and no one can say differently. It really isn't subjective, it is objective.

    Very glad Shelby won! A good guy.

    John posted a real classy message on promuscle. Took the high road and thanked everyone for the support. I wouldn't expect anything less.

    Pretty cool that you had articles written by an ifbb pro. Maybe you should highlight his articles again.

    Yeah, Meadows did the same thing on Rx. I really feel bad for the guy.
