    Learning how to Split Jerk...

    First time going over 255 lbs on these, and only the second or third time doing split jerks.

    Impressive. How are you learning? You have a coach? Split jerk is freakin hard.

    Looks like you can split wider to get underneath faster.

    Thank you! Last night I worked with a few individuals who have a stronger olympic lifting background than myself (but not a coach), and am just trying to learn basic proficiency at this point.

    After watching the video I definitely agree that I should be able to split farther to drive myself underneath the bar a bit more.
