    565 x 6 Sumo Deadlift @ 200 pounds

    Video

Yes, my sumo form sucks. My comp stance is conventional, but I really like pulling sumo since it hammers all my weak points. Biggest problem I have is activating my hips/hams/glutes with the first rep off the floor.

Body weight was 203 with shoes and clothes on. I should have gotten a shot of the weight afterwards, but I think I've been around long enough for most of you to know I'm not bullshitting.

Haha just kidding man. You're looking jacked as ****, no joke. Lift and physique are very impressive, definitely no need to go to 220 like you were thinking, doing great at 200.

Could you include some posing and dehydrated ab shots next time? Along with a calculation of BW ratio please.
