    APF meet in Portland, Oregon

I competed yesterday in the APF Primal Power Strength fest hosted by APF Oregon State Chairman Chris Duffin and the Elite Performance Center.

I cut done about 5 weeks out from 273ish to 241 day of weigh ins

I opened up with an easy 512lbs

moved on to 542 on a second

And the attempted a 562lbs bench that didnt work out so well.

This was a good meet for me had a lot of fun and meet my goals.

A huge thanks goes to Courtney for helping me cut weight and puttin up with me being grumpy when I didnt meet the required carb intake.

Also a huge thanks to Chris Duffin and Ben Sanders without you two telling me I couldnt cut down to 242 I may not have. And all the help those two gave me prepping for this meet.

Excellent bench. Does the apf have a start command now? Tons of control shown on those lifts.

NO they dont have a start command Scott. For some reason I choose to hold both for a moment before the decent. Not sure why. I really thought the 562 would have gone up with how easy 541 felt.

And you know you're going to have to put up with my grumpy ass for a long long time, so a week of hell isn't bad. I give you that every month.
