    Question

Hi I'm new here and was hoping someone could help me. I've been pushing weights for about ten years now and I push heavier weight now than I used to years ago. My question is this, does pushing heavier weight show on the face? My face was slimmer before and I preferred it that way but at the same time I don't want to stop pushing the weight I am pushing now. Is there a way around that?

The size of your face has nothing to do with how much weight you are moving. Lose some body fat and you should see a change.

if you have gone up a lot in pushing weight then it is possible that you put on some fat with the muscle. as said before, lose some body fat and your face will get back to how it was before

Go to the diet section. Read about fat loss. Do those things.

hey OP heres my example. ive been doing the atkins diet for a few weeks now. if you dont know, it is little to no carbs and your body enters a state of ketosis(running off fat), so youre only eating fat and protein. i have lost 10 lbs in 12 weeks on this diet yet my lifts have skyrocketed. for example my bench went from 225 for 5 up to 225 for 8 and 255 for 4. so even when losing weight you can gain muscle and strength. it all depends on diet
