Bench felt weak today! Not necessarily strength, but soreness/pain in the front delt and elbow/forearm, forcing me to alter technique a little and cut the reps short. My lower back feels awesome though, compared to the past few days.

I haven't spent much time at all on reverse (ever), but was happy to get some movement on the 355 bar. I did some experimentation with the midbar and wraps, and do not recommend combining IMPs with suede (IMPs underneath)! Even with a tight wrap, the wraps were spinning, which made a medium-tough bend a lot tougher than it should have been!

I continued to experience pain in the elbow from the seam on the shirt and couldn't get into the right groove the last 2 reps. I might open with 315 raw at my meet and then put on the shirt for the second/third attempts.
