I am 6 weeks into my off season gaining phase and have added 8 quality pounds. My morning weight is at 217 lbs and look to get up to 220-225 while staying this lean.

Have you ever been on stage with Layne Norton? How do you compare?
I just moved up to Heavyweight this year, but would typically be a Lightheavy, Around 200 lbs. I am 5' 10".
I have never competed with layne Norton.
