    225 bench press achieved

    17 weeks of training, bodyweight of 164-7 lbs.

    Off to Lanzarote on Monday, met my goal of benching 225 before that.

    Mission acomplished!!!

    Now get a 315 squat and 405 DL (if you haven't already, ofc) and you've got yourself the set!

    Will do. Currently working on the Zercher squat. I like it and I hear it can up your deadlift. Don't do it to pins either. Full ROM is more my speed.

    Good work dude. Big milestone.

    I remember I was 10x more excited when I benched 200, 225 was awesome too though.
