I figured that I would throw out some pictures. I was about 190lbs a few months ago and then I came down with a nasty virus for a month and lost 30lbs. Just 8 weeks back into lifting, I am back up to 180lbs, leaner and stronger than I was before. I would like to round off between 185 and 190lbs while staying around the same body fat that I am now. A little plug here, but since starting results I have made excellent strength gains. I used to post on here back when I was in high school almost 10 years ago. My brother Neil was one of the old school members of WBB. Here are some pics. I will get some better ones when I can of my legs and back. The lighting sucks in my apartment and I have to take these in a mirror. I am actually a hair leaner than I look in these pics and the quality sucks.
Here is a video of me doing some palms in pullups in the park about 6 weeks ago. I was just knocking these out to wrap it up, prior to this I had done 3 sets of 6 wide grips with an additional 40lbs.

I have no pictures of my back and the video can give you an idea.
Great video, thanks for the motivation.

Lol. Yeah I am certainly not huge. I would definitely not post a vid like that to show a feat of personal strength, a few pullups would be a joke in that context. I just had it laying around and figured it would be better quality than me awkwardly doing a back spread in my horridly lit room with my phone in one hand. I did see the curl jockey vids though and had a laugh. Thanks for the supportive comments.
